Ingredients:
- pie shell
- fresh/frozen/canned peaches (enough to fill the shell)
- pecan pie filling (sugar, corn syrup, eggs, butter, flour)

* "Pecan" is pronounced "puh-con" -or- "pee-con" - to ask for a "pee-can" will get you something completely different and entirely regrettable.

- Topped with pan seared peas

- Brot, griechischer Joghurt, Pilze, Zwiebeln
- Bread (tortilla), Greek yoghurt, mushrooms, onions

Garnished with Piperade and Feta Basil
- zucchinin

Sesame Fried Red & Jasmine Rice
- broccoli
- peas
- peppers
- onions
- soy sauce
- rice
Directions: stir ingredients while frying
- Cut each fresh floret in half - try to make a straight cut so there's a flat side.
- Spread warmed goat's cheese on the flat side of the broccoli.
- Place in medium hot, oiled, pan.
- Sauté until the cheese is golden brown.
The broccoli should retain most of it's raw texture.

- In the stead of the 2 t of cinnamon:
- 1T cinnamon, 1T ginger, 1T nutmeg, 1t anise seed powder, 1t clove powder
- Only egg whites
- Less 1 cup oil, add 6oz yoghurt

- Portion the dough and let it raise - Shallow fry over medium low heat to allow thorough cooking. - Dust with cinnamon or powdered sugar.
